I know it's been a while, but I've been a very busy bear and sometimes typing just takes a really really long time!
I thought I'd make something yummy for afternoon tea today as the weather was just perfect for sitting out on the deck with a cup of tea and a good book. So I made scones!
I found this wonderful RECIPE on the internet. It's a CWA recipe and everybody knows that nobody makes scones better than the Country Women's Association. Well, that's what my Mumma Bear says anyway :)
And they turned out beautiful. Oh my GOODNESS! Yummy warm scones with cherry jam and freshly whipped cream....nom nom nom....
